Women in Film & Video produces more than 60 events per year, ranging from our community outreach programs to professional development to pure networking. We even find time to have fun.
Each year, WIFV develops a wide range of programs designed to enhance our members’ professional development and continuing education. The programs, ranging from the technical to the theoretical, enable members to network, share knowledge and exchange ideas. WIFV extends our special thanks to all of the companies who sponsor these events, and to the many volunteers who make them possible.

Films made by women are underrepresented in the Registry. WIFV has begun a multi-year project to nominate deserving films to the collection. Call the WIFV Office at 202-429-9438 to see how you can increase representation of women in the National Film Registry.
