WHO CARES ABOUT DC? Wins

Stephen Kolb has won a prestigious “Award of Merit – Documentary Feature” from The Accolade Global Film Competition. The award was given for Kolb’s exciting documentary, WHO CARES ABOUT DC? which tells the story of his loss of full citizenship by moving from California to the District of Columbia. The film characterizes the challenge DC residents face under the Revolutionary War slogan, “Taxation Without Representation” and tells the story of what DC residents and what activists have been doing to make the case for DC Statehood.
