WIFV Narrative Short Film Finishing Grant
Administered by Women in Film & Video, this program exists to support WIFV Members with the post-production of a short film (no longer than 15 minutes including credits). It consists of limited in-kind services from Henninger Media Services, Interface Media Group, Ott House Audio, and ReelPlan. There is one call for applications per year. Learn more.
Past Presidents Scholarship
The WIFV Past Presidents Scholarship for Mid-Career Mediamakers*, enables WIFV-member filmmakers, at least 10 years beyond their last degree and with a desire for additional study, to continue their professional development with coursework at The Workshops in Rockport, Maine. Applicants must have at least 12 years experience as a media professional. Learn more.
Seed Fund for Documentary Filmmakers
The WIFV Board of Directors is pleased to offer a Seed Fund for Documentary Filmmakers to support the work of its members. Grants may be used in the research and development phase of any documentary project and must be spent within 12 months of notice of the award. Learn more.
