Rick Preve’s doc COMING HOME about an Italian World War II submarine is the subject of a comic strip story in one of the most important publications in that genre worldwide, the 2,309 edition of the magazine Skorpio. Published in Italian, Spanish, and English the strip was drawn in part from the storyboards of the film, which recreated the events of 1940, and compares Rick’s involvement in returning to Italy the remains of the only sailor to die in the wreck, with the more recent story of the loss of an Argentine submarine in the Atlantic.
